I’m sorry I have been gone for so long. I had a kinked neck, heat rash and I still have a wild case of Eczema as seen above. That is just below my boob. Because of my sensitive skin I can’t exercise at the moment. Since I can’t exercise, I quit my journey altogether. But I am back! I can’t exercise but my diets will be strict! I am allowing myself two Cheat Days instead of one (for now). I had to stop my diet recently because I had dizziness, nauseousness, disorientation and severe stomach pains. It was all because I shocked my body with my dramatic food change.
My new diet begins the day after tomorrow and so do my simple exercises. Why the day after tomorrow? Because I plan on eating pizza like a savage tomorrow. It will be the fair well to my fat ass.
Many people say you should not wait another second after deciding to lose weight. That you should go all in that very second. That is not helpful for me. My will power is at a 10/10! I eat it once, and then I let it go for about 2-3 weeks. If I go all in today and don’t eat pizza tomorrow, I will fail! I will become miserable and that will lead me to give up and binge.
I have a horrible update. I live in a second floor apartment. And the only reason I use to exercise was because there was no one living in the first floor apartment.
It appears my landlord has decided to move in some of his family members and/or friends to first floor. Meaning, my fast weight loss method of hardcore cardio is out the door. Why? Because if they complain about the noise I make while jumping around during my workouts, I can easily get kicked out because he will put his friends and family first. My parents and I can not afford that due to me being unemployed.
The first time I lost weight, my hardcore cardio method helped me lose 42lbs/19.09kgs in just a little less than 3 months! Hopefully I don’t give up when I see that the weight takes forever to come off this time.
